jetx Terms & Conditions — Rules of Service for Bangladesh Players

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout this document:

• "jetx", "we", "us", "our" refers to the jetx online betting and casino platform, accessible at jetx.onl, and its operating entity.
• "Platform" refers to the jetx website, mobile-optimised web application, and all services, games, and features accessible through them.
• "Player", "you", "your" refers to any individual who registers for, accesses, or uses the jetx Platform.
• "Account" refers to the registered player profile created upon successful completion of the jetx registration process.
• "Funds" refers to the balance of real-money deposits held in a Player's Account, excluding any bonus balances unless explicitly stated.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credit, free bet credit, or matched deposit bonus credited to a Player's Account by jetx under a specific promotion.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a bonus amount or deposit plus bonus must be wagered before a withdrawal of winnings derived from that bonus may be processed.
• "Bangladesh Standard Time (BST)" refers to UTC+6, the official time zone of the People's Republic of Bangladesh.
• "KYC" refers to Know Your Customer — the identity and address verification process required by jetx before certain account actions are permitted.

By registering an Account on the jetx Platform, by accessing any part of the Platform after the effective date of these Terms, or by placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you unconditionally agree to be bound by them.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must not register an Account and must not use the Platform. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

To register and maintain an Account on the jetx Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. jetx strictly prohibits use of the Platform by any person under the age of 21. Age verification may be requested at any time.
• You must be legally permitted, under the laws applicable to your personal circumstances and jurisdiction, to participate in online betting and casino gaming activities.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, consultant, director, or officer of jetx, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have previously had an Account suspended or closed by jetx for breach of these Terms.
• You must register only one Account in your own legal name. Multiple accounts held by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

To access the full range of jetx services, you must complete the registration process accurately and truthfully. During registration you will be required to provide your full legal name, date of birth, a valid email address, a contact mobile number, and a secure password of your choosing.

You warrant that all information provided during registration and at any subsequent point is accurate, complete, and not misleading. jetx reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify any information provided, including but not limited to a government-issued national identity card, passport, or utility bill.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party under any circumstances. jetx staff members will never ask you to disclose your password — any communication requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to [email protected] immediately.

• You must notify jetx promptly if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your Account.
• jetx will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Account usernames, once set, cannot be transferred or sold to another person.
• jetx reserves the right to refuse registration, or to close an existing Account, at its sole discretion and without being obliged to provide a reason.

jetx supports instant deposits and withdrawals through the following Bangladesh payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and card payments via Visa and Mastercard issued by banks including BRAC Bank, City Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank.

Deposits: The minimum single deposit amount is ৳500. jetx does not charge a fee on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees which are beyond jetx's control. Deposits are credited to your Account balance in real time upon successful confirmation from the payment provider.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are ordinarily processed within two to four hours Bangladesh Standard Time during normal operating hours. Processing times may be extended during peak periods, public holidays, or where additional KYC verification is required.

• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method that has been previously used to deposit into your Account.
• Before a withdrawal can be approved, outstanding wagering requirements on any active bonus must be fulfilled or the relevant bonus balance forfeited.
• jetx reserves the right to perform enhanced identity verification before processing any withdrawal above ৳50,000.
• Funds deposited in error by jetx (such as incorrectly duplicated credits) remain the property of jetx and must be reported immediately. You may not wager such funds.
• All transactions are recorded in Bangladesh Taka (BDT). The ৳ symbol is used throughout the Platform to denote BDT amounts.

All bets placed on the jetx Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the sport or market in question, which are available within the relevant section of the Platform. The following general rules apply to all sports betting activity on jetx:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed by the system. Once a bet is accepted and a confirmation reference number issued, the odds are locked.
• jetx reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, at incorrect odds caused by a technical or human error, or on an event that was incorrectly listed.
• In-play bets are subject to additional latency and may be suspended or refused at any time during live events at jetx's discretion.
• Match result bets on cricket markets (including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers bilateral series) are settled according to the official result declared by the relevant governing body — ICC, BCB, or BCCI as applicable.
• Bets on postponed or abandoned matches will be voided and stakes returned to your Account balance, unless specific rules for that market state otherwise.
• Minimum bet amount per selection is ৳50. Maximum bet limits vary by market and are displayed at the time of bet placement.
• jetx reserves the right to limit the maximum stake on any market, for any individual Account, at any time and without prior notice.

The jetx casino offers a range of games including live dealer tables (Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette, and game shows) from Evolution Gaming and Pragmatic Play Live, as well as slot titles from NetEnt, Microgaming, and Pragmatic Play, and the crash game jetx from Spribe.

Each game is governed by its own individual rules as presented within the game interface. In the event of a conflict between a game's own rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules will take precedence for matters relating solely to that game's mechanics, and these Terms will take precedence for all matters relating to Account management, payments, and conduct.

• All casino games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, physical game equipment operated by professional dealers. jetx does not manipulate game outcomes.
• In the event of a game malfunction — including disconnection during a hand, spin, or round — the affected game round will be voided and any stake returned to your Account. Incomplete game rounds do not constitute a valid win or loss.
• Minimum and maximum stake amounts for each game are displayed within the game lobby and game interface prior to play.
• Bonus Funds may be restricted from use on certain game categories, as specified in the relevant bonus promotion terms.

jetx offers various promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and Victory Day. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless the specific promotion's terms explicitly state otherwise:

• Each player is entitled to claim a welcome bonus once only, on their first qualifying deposit. Duplicate accounts created to claim additional welcome bonuses will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
• Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement which will be clearly stated in the promotion. Wagering requirements must be met in full before any winnings derived from Bonus Funds may be withdrawn.
• Bonus Funds and winnings accumulated from Bonus Funds may only be used on games and markets explicitly permitted under the promotion. Games excluded from wagering contributions will be listed in the promotion terms.
• Bonus Funds have an expiry period. Failure to complete the wagering requirement within the stated expiry window will result in automatic forfeiture of the Bonus Funds and any associated winnings.
• jetx reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is cancelled after a player has begun wagering, completed wagering up to the cancellation date will be honoured.
• Any attempt to abuse bonus terms — including placing opposing bets across multiple accounts, using Bonus Funds in a mathematically risk-free manner, or exploiting technical errors in promotion calculation — will be treated as bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of the relevant bonus and associated winnings.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jetx Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, investigation, and, where confirmed, permanent account closure with forfeiture of funds:

• Fraud and Chargebacks: Any fraudulent payment, use of stolen payment credentials, or filing of a chargeback in bad faith after legitimate play.
• Multi-Accounting: Registering or operating more than one Account, whether in your own name or using false identities.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live dealer games, or any other game format.
• Arbitrage Using Bonus Funds: Placing opposing bets using Bonus Funds to lock in a mathematically guaranteed profit regardless of outcome.
• Automated Play: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to place bets or interact with the Platform without genuine human input.
• Exploiting Technical Errors: Knowingly exploiting glitches, errors, or miscalculations in odds, game software, or bonus systems. Any winnings arising from a known error will be voided.
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds for the purpose of concealing the origin of those funds. jetx has an obligation to report suspicious financial activity to relevant authorities.
• Underage Access: Allowing or facilitating access to the Platform by any person under the age of 21.

All content on the jetx Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software code, game interfaces (excluding third-party game content owned by providers such as Spribe, Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, and Microgaming), and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of jetx or its licensors.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any jetx content without prior written authorisation.

Third-party game content displayed on the Platform remains the intellectual property of the respective game providers and is subject to their own licensing terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jetx expressly excludes liability for the following:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Any loss arising from interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform, whether due to scheduled maintenance, technical failure, force majeure events, or actions of third parties including internet service providers and payment processors.
• Losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials.
• Losses arising from delays in bet acceptance or settlement caused by connectivity issues, network latency, or system overload during peak event periods.
• Any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages whatsoever arising from use of the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms limits jetx's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability which cannot be excluded or limited by law.

jetx collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at jetx.onl/privacy-policy. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy.

Personal data collected during registration and KYC verification is used for Account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, responsible gaming monitoring, and — where you have opted in — promotional communications. jetx does not sell personal data to third parties.

All data transmissions between your device and the jetx Platform are protected by 256-bit SSL encryption. Stored password data is handled using one-way cryptographic hashing — jetx staff cannot retrieve or view your password in plain text at any time.

jetx is committed to promoting responsible gambling. The Platform provides a range of tools to help players manage their activity, including deposit limits, session time reminders, cool-off periods, and self-exclusion. Upon closure request, jetx will process any remaining withdrawable balance to your registered payment method within the standard withdrawal processing window, subject to any outstanding KYC requirements being satisfied.

jetx reserves the right to close any Account at any time, without prior notice, in the event of a confirmed breach of these Terms & Conditions, suspected fraud, or any other conduct deemed detrimental to the integrity of the Platform. Where an Account is closed due to a breach, any remaining balance will be reviewed and may be forfeited in whole or in part depending on the nature and extent of the breach.

Closed Accounts may not be reopened except at jetx's sole discretion and subject to full re-verification. Players who have voluntarily self-excluded must not attempt to re-register until their elected exclusion period has fully expired.

jetx reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, jetx will notify registered players via a notice displayed on the Platform or via email to the address registered on the Account, no less than seven calendar days before the revised Terms take effect.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your Account and cease use of the Platform before the effective date of the changes.

The version number and effective date of the current Terms are always displayed at the top of this page and in the Table of Contents sidebar. Prior versions of the Terms are available upon written request to [email protected].

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the operation of the jetx Platform. jetx makes no representation that the Platform or its services are appropriate or available in jurisdictions other than those it explicitly targets.

In the event of a dispute regarding a bet outcome, game result, bonus calculation, or account action, you should first contact jetx support at [email protected] with full details of the disputed matter. jetx will investigate and respond within five Bangladesh Standard Time business days. If you are not satisfied with the outcome of jetx's internal review, you may escalate the matter in writing to [email protected] marked "Formal Complaint".

Both parties agree to make a good-faith effort to resolve any dispute through the internal complaints procedure before pursuing any other remedy. Nothing in this clause limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
